Star Wars, Amazing Animation, Baking & Sewing, LEGO Engineering, Movie Making, Minecraft Madness, Super STEM, Wizarding World, Minecraft Madness & more! We offer a broad range of camps that encourage students to work together, think outside the box, and use their math, science, art, and reading skills in problem solving situations. Creativity, ingenuity, teamwork, and engineering. For ages 6 & up, June 26 to September 1, half and full day options.
From June 19 to September 8, come and have fun with electronics at Fidgets 2 Widgets! Ages 8-14, with full and half day options. Themes include Coding & Programming, Animation/Anime, 3D printing, Youtube, and, of course, Minecraft!!!!
From July 10-27, computer fun for ages 9-15! Digital Spark Academy offers summer day camps on computers and coding, 3D game design and digital music. These day camps will teach computer-based skills through fun activities that kids love like video games and digital world and character development. In addition to computer skills, summer day camps are designed to encourage skill development in collaboration, communication, and problem-solving, all while having fun.
Each year, the museum offers no-school day programs and summer camps emphasizing archaeology, paleontology, and museum exploration. The programs engage children in hands-on learning, cooperative activities, and scientific investigation. For ages 7 to 11, from August 7-11 and August 21-25. Our themes for this year are Dig Deep! and Oregon's Amazing Animals.
From June 26 to August 25, come for science fun at the Science Factory! For ages 3+, with fun themes such as Kitchen Chemistry, Web Design, Pop! Fizz! Bang!, Harry Potter Science, and more!
Have you ever wished you had an invisibility cloak or gone looking for the end of the rainbow? Are you the kind of person who always wants to know WHY? SPICE Camp is a UO supported program designed to engage young women in the physical sciences through hands on experimentation. Located on the UO Campus, the goal of the SPICE program is to encourage more girls and underrepresented minorities to pursue education and careers in the science, technology, engineering and mathematics disciplines. For girls entering 6-8th grade. From July 10-21 & August 7-18.
